In order to complete the RBC bank application you will need to go to the bank’s website. On the top right corner you will find the menu button, and once you click on it, it will show you a few options. Select “account” to open your account, and then select your account type.
There are many options to choose from in each of the account categories. For example, in the category of checking accounts you have the RBC Day to Day Banking account, the RBC Advantage Banking account, the RBC Signature No Limit Banking account, and more.
Each of these accounts offers a different bundle of services, and some of them even offer a $300 cash bonus, so keep an eye on that.
You will also find other account categories such as savings accounts, student accounts and even immigrant accounts.

Minimum requirements and personal info
Once you have selected your account category and type for your RBC bank application, you will be shown a summary of the minimum requirements you must meet in order to be eligible for the account.
After that the website will ask you a few questions and offer you a few add ons to your account. You can either accept them or not. After that you will enter some personal information such as your first and last name, home and email address, date of birth, job and income information, and a few other things.
Then the website will ask you a few questions about your residence status. These questions are a requirement of the government of Canada for tax purposes. You will also have to add information about the kind of use you will be making of this account.
Lastly, the website will show a review of all the information you have provided. All you have to do is click on Agree & Apply, and you’re all set!
