Firstly, visit the Group One Platinum website. Then you’ll fill in the application form. They require the following information:
- Social Security Number;
- Annual Income.
Once your application has been submitted, you should receive a response within minutes informing you if it has been accepted or denied.
If accepted, you will receive further instructions about the next steps, starting when the card arrives ( about 7 business days).

This card is from Horizon Card Services, which provides a $750 line of credit to be used at the Horizon Outlet website.
