They require a one-time $95 that should be paid before opening your account. The bank will cancel the application if the payment isn’t made within 60 days.

You are going to be driven to their application form. Then be prepared to issue some personal and financial basic information.
Once you’re done, don’t forget to review the agreements and terms. After that, you can submit it.
Finally, remember to pay the initial $95 fee.

It is not possible to request your Total Visa® Card using their app. Instead, use it for quick balance control and transaction check.
