Deserve has a referral program that will pay $30 for clients who get other people to join, activate and use the card under their personal code. 

This card has a 22.99% variable APR for purchases and is a great alternative for international students because it doesn’t require a social security number for the application. No minimum credit is needed to apply, and the bank reports all monthly payments to the main credit bureaus.
