It comes with a $650 annual fee. However, this card will give your travel experience an extra punch if you’re a Delta Air Lines enthusiast.

The Companion Ticket requires payment of government-imposed taxes and fees of no more than $80 for roundtrip domestic flights and no more than $250 for roundtrip international flights (both for itineraries with up to four flight segments).
